I’m a Certified Athletic Therapist providing virtual sports injury rehabilitation for active individuals and athletes across Ireland. My approach combines thorough assessment, active evidence-based rehab, and clear education so you understand not just what to do, but why it works. Every plan is tailored to your goals, training demands, and current capacity.
I work with acute injuries, persistent tendon pain, and sport-related issues across a wide range of activities. I have particular experience working with baseball and softball athletes, giving me a strong understanding of the demands throwing places on the shoulder and elbow, especially when workload exceeds tolerance.
